Yes. This is precisely our speciality. We execute projects designed by external architecture studios with absolute respect for the original project: specified materials, exact dimensions and construction details exactly as the architect conceived them. The architect designs; we materialise.
How do you guarantee respect for the project during construction?+
Through a digital site-tracking system with weekly updates accessible to the studio, coordination meetings with the directing architect, quality control at each construction phase and a permanent site manager on site. Any deviation is communicated to the architect before being executed.
What documentation do you need to get started?+
Approved basic and execution project, services drawings, materials and finishes schedule, and building permit (or confirmation it is being processed). If the project is still in detail design, we can work jointly with the studio to accelerate the start of construction.
Can you coordinate site management with the architect-in-charge?+
Yes. Our site managers act as direct technical liaisons for the directing architect, taking on trade coordination, quality control and as-built documentation. This coordination is standard in all our projects with architecture studios.
What budget range do you typically work with for architects?+
We execute projects from €70,000. The typical range with architecture studios is between €150,000 and €1,500,000, covering everything from premium full residential renovations to new builds and building rehabilitation.
