Stamped schematic and construction drawings, a specification of finishes and construction details: that is the starting point. From there we coordinate trades, check Spanish building code (CTE) on site and document as-built so the design team never loses the thread.
If the building permit is still in process, we prepare the site to start the day it is issued. If the project is still in detail design, we work alongside the studio so weeks are not lost before work begins.

Nosolo Design is a contractor for architects in Barcelona: we execute another studio's project without competing with its authorship. The architect's client remains their client. We are the site team — site manager, trades and quality control — that turns the drawing into a deliverable building.
We take on premium residential renovations, rehabilitation of modernist buildings, commercial and hospitality interiors, and single-family new builds. The typical range with studios is €150,000 to €1,500,000. The rule is the same in every case: we do not swap a specified material for an “equivalent” without the architect's approval.
