What does a Maresme renovation cost?

Between 900 and 1,600 €/m² depending on flat vs house, coastal joinery (salt) and whether the roof is in scope. A 180 m² house is not priced like an Eixample flat: envelope, garden and often its own drainage. Guides: Barcelona prices and efficient homes in Maresme.

Salt and joinery

Cheap windows fail in two winters. We specify thermal-break frames and coastal ironmongery, not an inland-flat spec.

Houses and roofs

Many jobs are houses, not flats. Roof, rainwater and rising damp enter the briefing on day one.

Different towns, different permits

Premià, Alella and Mataró do not share a counter. We file by town hall, not with a Barcelona-city template.

Do you work in Alella and Vilassar?

Yes. In Alella we delivered the Priorat house. Full renovations in Alella. Site visits leave from Premià.

Is it cheaper than Barcelona city?

Labour and logistics are usually more reasonable than an Eixample walk-up. Coastal joinery is not cheaper.

Do you also do new builds?

Yes. New builds in Barcelona and the metropolitan area.
