Commercial premises are not renovated like a home. Depending on the activity and capacity, the city council requires either a prior notification or an activity licence, and the works must meet accessibility, fire safety and, for hospitality, public-venue requirements. We review this with the consultant who signs the project before quoting, so permits and works line up from the start. In Valencia we have an office at C/ Arzobispo Melo 6, with our own site manager and a network of trusted local trades. If you need a quote to renovate an office or shop in Valencia, the site visit is run from there (renovations in Valencia). In the Maresme we work from our office in Premià de Mar, at C/ Gibraltar 44 (renovations in the Maresme).

It depends on the works. If the business has to keep running, we discuss it at the site visit and, where feasible, organise the works in phases and set them out in the schedule.
The contract includes a completion-date guarantee with a penalty for delays, and during the works you see real progress from the tracking panel.
