MÜN dental clinic: a turnkey fit-out in Montgat

Full renovation of a commercial unit in Montgat to turn it into a dental clinic, designed by the G44 studio and handed over in September 2026. We delivered the façade, reception, waiting room, treatment rooms, sterilisation room and every technical installation.

A clinic needs far more services than a home: supplies for every treatment room, suction, treated air and lighting that does not dazzle. All of it sits behind flush joinery and seamless walls, with a stone-textured counter at reception. Photography: Arnau Puig.

What changes when you renovate in Montgat and El Masnou

Many projects in Montgat and El Masnou are 1960s and 1970s flats near the sea. They usually still have their original services, joinery without thermal breaks and walls worn by salty damp.
